The one-card prepayment and management system mainly includes prepayment
watt-hour meter, gas meter and water meter, both of which are with a data collector,
and data process system composed of the remote control card, computer with
a card device and management software. It makes use of the one card "remote control
card" to realize the data exchange among the components of system.

It can realize prepayment for various fees in terms of electricity, gas and water
before consumption in order to prohibit loophole in management and evading
