Detailed Product Description
The basic colors of veneers are enormously various. Each species is with a characteristic color, but even in a given species, the colors are considerably different. Generally speaking, veneers are available in many different brown colors and yellow colors varying from pale, almost white, to very dark brown.
Dyed veneers are used in fine furniture, since dyeing allows consecutive color for better surface appearance.
Dyeing process is the key element for remarkable color consistency of dyed veneers. Veneer layers are selected according to the colors and patterns to be stacked in a stainless steel cage. These layers are submerged in a heated, pressurized vat which contains soluble dyestuff. The dyestuff then completely penetrates into the veneer layers in the processing cycles.
Boteng dyed veneers don't contain dyeing agents or toxicity which occurs in some wood materials. Thus, our products are nontoxic, and wood worm resistant while the mechanical, chemical and physical features remain unaltered.
Another positive factor is that we have a wide color range available. Owing to customers' awareness of subtle color differences, color selection is vital for modern designing. All of our veneers can be pre-dyed. Various wood species in many standard production colors are listed, available in the warehouse in small or large quantities to satisfy various clients' needs. Non-standard colors can be processed according to customers' samples.
