Detailed Product Description
Dyed veneers are used in fine furniture, since dyeing allows consecutive color for better surface appearance.
Dyeing process is the key element for remarkable color consistency of dyed veneers. Veneer layers are selected according to the colors and patterns to be stacked in a stainless steel cage. These layers are submerged in a heated, pressurized vat which contains soluble dyestuff. The dyestuff then completely penetrates into the veneer layers in the processing cycles.
Boteng dyed veneers don't contain toxicity in some wood materials or dyeing agents. Thus, our products are nontoxic, and wood worm resistant while the mechanical, chemical and physical features remain unaltered.
