Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is one kind of high molecule elastic material developed in late years, which is one of the random chloride produced through reaction of polyethylene and chlorine. Along with rapid development of plastic and rubber industry, its application becomes much wider. Most of them are used for plastic and rubber processing industry. It can be solely or cross blended with other materials to produce plastic profile shapes, waterproof winding materials, antiflaming conveyer belts, wire and cable covers, color bike tires and magnetic adhesive strips of refrigerator. Also, it is a kind of perfect modifier.
Properties:
1) Good aging resistance and stability
2) Perfect weatherability and can have long service life under bad weather conditions
3) Bending and cracked deformation resistance, chemical resistance and organic
solvent resistance
4) Excellent low-temperature resistance and electrical specifications
5) Superior high filling property, the physical property cannot be changed after adding
a lot of filling agent into CPE
Range of applications:
1) CPE generally falls into two categories: CPE and CM
2) CPE type can be used as both modifier of hard plastic product and plasticizer of
soft plastic product
3) Plastic type CPE can be used solely, and also can be cross-blending processed
together with other plastic materials
4) CPE product produced by our company has the characteristics of low remnants
crystallinity and proper hardness, which makes product has certain rigidity and
does not modify its toughness
