1. Magnesite ore:
This is coarse crystalline natural raw magnesite (also called macro-crystalline
magnesite) which is almost a natural ore constituted wholly by magnesium carbonates(MgCO3).
It is of a rhombohedral crystal structure; often an aggregate of dense
lump; more in white or gray color with glass glance; hardness 3.4-5; specific
gravity 2.9 - 3.1; and high purity. It is mainly used in the manufacture of refractories
and the extraction of magnesium metal. Besides, it is also used in the
industries of cement, rubber, paper, sugar, chemical and building materials.
2. Dead burned magnesite:
Dead burned magnesite is selected from natural magnesite, produced by mine
selecting, purifying, and calcining in shaft kilns. It is an ideal material for unshaped
refectory material. The final products are used in opening hearth furnace,
electric furnace bottom furnace and lining tamping.
3. Middle grade dead burned magnesite:
The products are made from sorted natural raw magnesite through sintering in high
temperature shaft kilns. They are ideal materials for making monolithic refractories.
Their finished products are also used for making the bottoms or lining of
open hearth furnace and electric arc furnace.
4. High purity dead burned magnesite:
The products are made from sorted super grade natural magnesite through sections
including float concentration, calcination, fine granding, high pressure briqueting
and ultra high temperature sintering in heavy oil shaft kilns. They are good
quality materials for making magnesia bricks and monolithic refractories.
5. Electro-fused magnesite:
The material of electro-fused magnesite sinter is selected from high-grade magnesite
or high purity caustics calcined magnesite, which is fused in arc furnace to
finish the products. The products possess high purity, high crystalline grain and
compact texture, have high heat-vibration steady and cinder corrosion resistant.
It is widely used in making high quality magnesite bricks, magnesia-carbon and
bricks and unshaped refractory materials.
