Product instructionWaste paper is used as the raw material for producing pulp moulding
protective packaging products. The raw material is defibrated in
hydrapulper to certain consistency with some additives. The stock is absorbed
and vacuumed to wet flans, on the special metal mould and then the wet flans
are dried and pressed with heat to finished products. The pulp's inherent
properties and the well-designed geometric structure make the PMP with very
good protective properties, such as shockproof ability, static free and
antisepticise. Through many practical appliances and testing, it is indicated PMP

can totally replace EPS, PS, PVC for industry products protective packaging. PMP
is widely used in the field of electronic products, electrical equipment,
communication apparatus, computer parts, glass products, ceramic products, droplights,
artworks, cosmetics, health care products, wine bottles, fruit, eggs
and more than ten kinds of one-off dishware as cups, bows, plates and so on.
