1) Pearl pigments have the luster as an additional property in comparison
with other pigments
2) Their characteristic properties of a surface structure, high refractory
index and transparency create in a transparent medium and equal to the
luster of pearls
3) Pearl pigments consist of a nucleus of mica, which is surrounded by
several metal oxide layers
4) Different gloss will be obtained by changing the oxides
5) The excellent chemical, thermal and mechanical properties of the pigments
provide universal application possibilities in paints, printing inks,
plastics and many other uses
6) They provide the products with a new color quality
7) The pigments are physiologically harmless and can also be used in food
