Features :
1) The machine is a newly developed, high performance, high efficiency drum
twist type machine, easier loading or unloading and lower noise
2) The machine adopts PLC to command and coordination starting running,
synchronizing of each separate motor of whole machine. The speed of
each separated DC motor is governed by full-digital control system
3) The taping device, haul-off device and rotating pay-off stand linked by
mechanic, accurate and steady pitch. The pay-off stand is driven by
individual DC motor; they can be worked synchronies with drum twist
stand. Through the phase detecting device regulation, laying-up process
for making sector cable become easily. The pay-off cores tension is controled
by pneumatic device. The take-up stand adopts wheel-up structure and it
enhances the rigidity and steady. The machine equipped many safety
protecting and auto-stop device, make it safe and reliable
4) On the main operation platform, there are a colorful Siements cintact screen,
it can show the on-line technical parameters and equipped with communicate
faucet and it can connect with the customer's computer
5) The pay-off stand has the following types: diameter of 1,600; 2,000; 2,500

7) It is mainly used for stranding large section, longer power cables
8) It can strand perspire or non-perspire cores for the stranded cable and can
work of steel tape armoring.

closing mold stand, non-metallic tapping head, metallic tapping head,
rotating caterpillar, drum twisting stand, hydraulic lifter, transmission
system, pneumatic and hydraulic control system. Steel wire armoring unit
can be added according to customer's requirements
