protective packaging products. The raw material is defibrated in hydrapulper to certain consistency with some additives. The stock is absorbed and vacuumed to wet flans, on the special metal mould and then the wet flans are dried and pressed with heat to finished products. The pulp's inherent properties and the well-designed geometric structure make the PMP with very good protective properties, such as shockproof ability, static free and antisepticise. Through many practical appliances and testing, it is indicated PMP can totally replace EPS, PS, PVC for industry products protective packaging. ZDS series MC pulper is a key equipment in deinking process. At consistency
10 - 15% and under the effect of chemical and physical action, the waste paper, such as newspaper, magazine paper, which is film-coated is disintegrated into fiber stock, and efficiently separate light impurities, including ink particles and plastic films from fiber. Design features: ZDS series MC pulper consists of a steel vat, vertical helical rotor, drive mechanism, discharging device. The rotor is a 3-thread helical rotor with varied pitch and varied diameter when the rotor rotating. The stock at consistency 10 - 15% is drawn by the helical rotor and flung out of center. As a result, waste paper stock is fiberized under intensive internal friction and kneading effect on fiber stock, in addition to friction by rotor vanes with teen. Meanwhile, ink particles is separated from fiber by chemical and physical action.
