This production line is for milk priority treatment, with the average throughput of 500L/h and the biggest of 1,000L/h. This line is usually used to produce fresh milk, variety flavors and colors of milk, acid milk drink, set-curd yoghurt, agitating yoghurt and lactic drinks.



The characteristics of this line are reasonable design, beautiful layout, safety, energy conservation, convenience operation and maintenance. It is especially suitable for mini-type production enterprise, pilot plant, scientific research organizations and colleges. 



This line is made up of water and powder mixer, double segment plate-type heat exchanger, high speed mixing tank, plate-type sterilizer (95°C, 300s; 125°C, 15s), holding warm set, vocalizer (25Mpa), fomenter, high level tank, rotary pump and backhaul pump. The material connecting the equipment and pipes is stainless steel SUS304. 



The control cabinet applies Japanese Fuji button and Simens components and parts. The temperature self control system uses German Spairax Sarco pressure release valve, regulating valve, Tempress temperature transmitter, having high temperature alarm, low temperature refluence and CIP functions, using hot water pump from USA Lowara, and the others using domestic first-rate equipments to make sure the whole line veracity and stability.
