Inner building plastic drainage pipes generally create a lot of noise, however our scientifically designed new PVC-U spiral silencing pipe decreases drainage noise considerably. Irregular direction and movement of the inner air crashes together with the water and the air in the inner part of the pipe and the water stream becomes uneven thus causes a "water hammer" effect which causes noise. 



It is possible to reduce the noise by changing the structure of the inner wall. If the inner wall of the pipe is spiral it forces the water flow along the inner wall in a whirly direction therefore reduces the crash between the water stream and the air and dominates the direction of the water stream therefore reduces the ??water hammer?? and the noise of the water stream. The spiral structure of the inner wall can also improve ventilation of the drainage pipeline system. The spiral silencing pipeline system is for more superior to the straight pipe system traditionally used.



There is enormous potential for this pipe to be used for indoor drainage.
