By way of the extrusion process, PE fuel gas pipe is defined as a new product, and is predominantly made of the polyethylene colophony. It is absorbent efficient and has necessary additives of oxidation resistance and ultraviolet radiation. It has been proved as the perfect choice amongst all the various varieties of pipes with over 40 years' history in application. It is used widely for natural gas, LPG, man-made coal gas and a variety of other piping projects. It is made from imported materials which provide long-term resistance to a variety of surface conditions such as abrasion, temperature, soil shifts, bending, weathering, internal pressure, direct burial and point loading and has squeeze-off advantages. It can safely last for over 50 years (normal temperature and pressure). It can withstand the corrosion of various chemical mediums except just few strong oxidation chemicals. It has superior abrasion resistance abilities with smooth internal wall and low attrition quotient. Mediums can easily get through. The abrasion resistance abilities are four times stronger than steel pipes when it conveys mine sand and slurry. With good toughness and high-level concussion resistance, It will not have leaking or bursting problems. It has special techno-welding of electronic heat fusion and butt heat fusion therefore the position of the joint is even stronger than the pipe itself. The movement of soil or external load won't disconnect the welding joint, accordingly, the safety and reliability of the joint position is insured. It is lightweight therefore making it easy to install and transport. With simple techno-welding and fast installation, the integrated cost of projects will be reduced considerably. It is most widely used for the convection of nature gas, LPG and man-made coal gas. It is also used in the chemisty, medical and papermaking industries. |
