Bee pollen includes such bioactive compounds as bioflavonoids, organic esters, 

and carotenoids, in addition to enzymes, phytosterols, free amino acids, fatty 

acids (with a good proportion of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids), naturally chelated minerals,

and whole vitamin complexes.



It also has the highest antioxidant activity (ORAC results) and polyphenol 

content of any fruits and vegetables yet tested.
