Dezincification is corrosion of copper/zinc alloys involving loss of 

zinc leaving a residue of spongy or porous copper. Our 

dezincification-resistant copper/zinc alloy has the appropriate 

chemical composite with As content to enable them to meet 

dezincification test requirements.

Pexal fittings are made of high quality CZ132 DR brass and 

thermally controlled in order to increase resistance to dezincification.

The pressure sleeve is tightly fixed to the body fitting, thus protecting
