Explanation of Mechanism

JUC forms a Positively Charged Film on the skin surface, the Positively Charged Film has a strong absorption and neutralization action with the pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, viruses) with negative charge. Forthe effective treatment and control of internal parasites, including adultliver flukes, and external parasites.

PRODUCTDESCRIPTION

YZ-IVERCLORis a ready-to-use sterile solution containing 1% w/v ivermectin, 10% clorsulon,40% glycerol formal, and propylene glycol, q.s. ad 100%. It is formulated todeliver the recommended dose level of 200 mcg ivermectin/kg and 2 mgclorsulon/kg given subcutaneously behind the shoulder at the rate of 1 mL per 50 kg body weight.

INDICATIONS

YZ-IVERCLORis indicated for the effective treatment and control of the following parasitesof cattle: Gastrointestinal Roundworms (adults and fourth-stage larvae):Ostertagia ostertagi (including inhibited O. ostertagi), O. lyrata,Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, T. colubriformis, Cooperia oncophora,C. punctata, C. pectinata, Bunostomum phlebotomum, Nematodirus helvetianus(adults only), N. spathiger (adults only) and Oesophagostomumradiatum. Lungworms (adults and fourth-stage larvae): Dictyocaulusviviparus. Liver Flukes: Fasciola hepatica (adults only). CattleGrubs (parasitic stages): Hypoderma bovis and H. lineatum. SuckingLice: Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus and Solenopotescapillatus. Mange Mites (cattle scab*): Psoroptes ovis (syn. P.communis var. bovis) and Sarcoptes scabiei var. bovis.

DOSAGE

YZ-IVERCLORshould be given only by subcutaneous injection at a dose volume of 1 mL per 50 kg body weight. This volume willdeliver 10 mg ivermectin and 100 mg clorsulon. For example:

ADMINISTRATION

YZ-IVERCLORis to be given subcutaneously only. Animals should be appropriately restrainedto achieve the proper route of administration. Use of a 16-gauge, 1/2" to3/4" sterile needle is recommended. Inject the solution subcutaneously(under the skin) behind the shoulder (see illustration).

 Anysingle-dose syringe or standard automatic syringe equipment may be used withthe 50 mL pack size. When using the 200 mL, 500 mL or pack size, use onlyautomatic syringe equipment.

Use sterileequipment and sanitize the injection site by applying a suitable disinfectant.Clean, properly disinfected needles should be used to reduce the potential forinjection site infections.

No specialhandling or protective clothing is necessary.
